Knowledge and experience from many years of working on the further development of ski jumping bindings have led to a product that meets the requirements for safety, breaking strength and ease of use to a high degree.

The parts of the bindings are made from specially selected materials and the assembly takes place according to strict quality regulations.

Functional description

System explanation

The “SnapFix pro” and the “SnapFix pro junior” ski jumping bindings consist of a front part and a back part with a shoe clip.

The front part can be moved on the jump ski by 15 mm and can therefore be individually adapted to the ski jumper without changing the drill holes. The release force on the front part is adjustable.

The bar on the back can be easily inserted into the shoe and the height of the bar can be easily adjusted by turning it.

Short rod: lifting height 30mm – 50mm
Long rod: lifting height 45mm – 70mm

The short rod is pre-assembled unless expressly requested.
With the “SnapFix pro junior” the release force can be adjusted on the shoe clip.

Our rear ski binding offers advantages from the existing rod and belt systems.
 
The stepless and independently adjustable straps on the outside of the binding allow the ski to be "adjusted" either at a shallow or steep angle.
The binding is perfectly adapted to our shoes and thanks to the wider connection, a more even force distribution at take-off and more feeling for the ski in the flight phase can be transferred.

​Furthermore, our system offers significantly more stability than the normal tape systems.
An increased security in the event of a fall is also given, since no binding parts, as in the rod systems stand up.

Ski brake for jump skis

When not triggered, the ski brake is held on the surface of the ski by a retaining pin. A rope is attached to the retaining pin, which is hooked to the back of the boot in order to hold the boot to the ski in the event of the binding being released incorrectly. The connection to the shoe can be made via a magnetic ring or a loop. If a fall triggers the release, the rope pulls the retaining pin out of the bolt and the pre-tensioned spring pushes the bolt with the ski brake outwards. Thanks to the specified setting on the bolt, it is rotated by 90 degrees so that the ski brake can grip the snow. The strap length can be adjusted on the rope clamp.
